Thanks to Cybergamer and Western Digital, Gamestah will be providing you exclusive access to matches live throughout the season, from all four leagues!

Prizes

Western Digital the old and trusted comrade to CounterStrike Source has returned to the fray as this season and hopefully an ongoing sponsor to the CounterStrike Source system here on CyberGamer. With each division being tagged up with the 3 WD product groups there are prizes going hot for all the divisions thanks to WD Black Blue and Green hard drives.

How the prize system will work this season is based on anticipated applications and the normal prize splits but our friends at Western Digital have kicked in a cool $2000 on top. So the prize pool will consist of 100% of the player registration fees plus the $2000 from WD. So for example if we had 16x invite 16x main and 32x Amateur teams the pool would go as follows:

Regos $4400 + $2000 = $6400
CGi D1 = $1920 winner $960 runner up
CGi D2 = $960 winner $480 runners up
CGm = $800 winner $400 runners up
CGa = $560 winner $320 runners up

Dates

All divisions and groups will officially commence round one from Monday the 30th August 2010  . The matches will be played on  8pm and  9pm time slots with each division being assigned its own day for competition. Each Sunday night we will have a special feature night where the admin team will select a match of the week from each division and that match will be played on the Sunday.

The following match nights have been selected for teams and as usual teams are permitted to request reschedules with their opponent but it is the team wishing to reschedules responsibility to organize the reschedule and report it to the divisions admins before midnight each Monday.

WD Black Invite Division 1: Thursday
WD Black Invite Division 2: Wednesday
WD Blue Main: Tuesday

Sounds like again, CSS is going hell for leather and this should be just as good as ever.  Good luck to all teams and also to TCB and all the casters that will be involved. GET SOME!
