Reloaded Events in conjunction with AusHalo and ACLPRO are pleased to announce that Reloaded will be part of a new Australian Halo Circuit, which will also feature events in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria in 2010. To celebrate, Reloaded will give away $3500 in cash for its Halo 3 4v4 Tournament, including a $2000 prize for first place. The 2010 Reloaded Halo 3 competition will consist of group qualifiers, based in part on the results from the highly successful National Event held in Brisbane in the middle of October. Top ranked teams will be separated from open and random teams in the qualifying process, but will meet together in the finals. This event is held over two days. Day 1 Brisbane event and a pre-event online competition. The remaining teams will be split into Groups with the top teams in each group qualifying for the finals on day 2. The top 8 ranked teams will play each other to determine seeding for the finals. – Open team qualifiers. The top 8 teams will be determined based on results from theDay 2 teams qualifying for the finals. Non qualifying teams will be eligible for a single elimination (knockout) competition in the afternoon. The rule set used will be similar, if not the same as MLG rules used in the United States for Halo 3. Prize distribution will be: $2000 first, $1000 second and $500 third. Minor prizes will be awarded for the consolation competition. Doubtful, seeing as AusHalo have been doing it for awhile now they mainly do Halo. Would most likley have to get a all new team together to do MW2 also imo. | |
