GameStah was at E-Games masters with full force with casters coming from all corners of Australia and New Zealand to bring you our high quality stream and commentary. All e-game masters GTV's www.gamestah.com/files/live-events/egames/2009 Now we understand there was some issues with sound and connection problems that were occurring through the weekend with the live stream but as discussed in other forums we were unable to solve the problem due to it being the connection at the event which wasn't anything to do with Ausnet/GTV . Myself and Arsey got through about 95% of the E-Games casted that are uploaded and we couldn't be more happier to bring you them, but alot and that is ALOT of thanks has to go to GameStah|BOB who literally was behind the curtains doing all this production work behind the stage for hours on end. So, here we go!! Boomser's Top 3 MUST WATCH GTV's of the eGames Masters 2009 Immunity Vs Saucy 140's - www.gamestah.com/file/view/3365 Immunity - Digz , Emag , Stv , Spunj , Dewshu Saucy 140's - Benor , Gamz , Davestrilz , ihs , Hams The 1.6 Mix team of Guts and Source players were a lethal combination for the Australia's top source team. I truly believe if it was possible for any type of close game or win vs immunity for a mix 1.6 team it would have only happened on Dust2 and thus this was the worst possible map Team Immunity could face them on. Maybe that is why the Saucy 140's lost to teams such as Agile and Revelations by large margins mostly due to not understanding the other source maps. The mixed team destroyed Immunity 16 to 1, but that isn't the bad part for Immunity as they had started as terrorists - the side which most would agree strongly favours the side on Dust2. Even though the Saucy 140's totally out played, and out aimed Australia's top Source team, I truly believe this wouldn't have happened if there was a rematch even on the map Dust2. The loss was totally Immunity's fault for underestimating the Saucy 140's but who can blame them? They lost to Agile by a fair margin, and still this is a match that may haunt the Immunity Source team for a while. Saucy 140's played fantastic and that is the end of it. Man of the match - Doesn't matter what game it is Benor is great to watch, but I think Dave took the award as he went huge at the start of the game. Immunity vs immineNt (Grand Final Map 3) www.gamestah.com/file/view/3377 Immunity - Digz , Emag , Stv , Spunj , Dewshu immineNt - Kermdawg , Geronimo , Havoc , Dripske , mrt This is what every team should watch if they ever want to learn from the best Australia has to offer. I am extremely proud that a team like immineNt who went from leading the game to losing to Australia's best CSS team 13-5 NEVER gave up and ending up winning 8 rounds out of 9 when down by such a large margin - they truly never gave up. The match came down to the wire which saw Digz in a 2v1 clutch against Geronimo & Havoc ending in Digz being the man who gave Immunity the eGames Masters title. immineNt showed true character as a team - losing the first map 16-2, then coming back to win the 2nd map 16-7 before facing a 13-5 score line only to bring it to the last round for the decider is something I am truly amazed by. Man of the match - Havoc Immunity vs immineNt (Grand final map 1) www.gamestah.com/file/view/3375 Immunity - Digz , Emag , Stv , Spunj , Dewshu Imminent - Kermdawg , Geronimo , Havoc , Dripske , mrt This just showed what Australia's best team currently has to offer. Immunity went out in full force against immineNt and used the advantage of starting as CT's first on Train. This game left me speechless as I was really expecting a close match between the two teams. I truly believed "both will have a large CT half' with the AWP battles of Stv, Kermdawg, Havoc & Digz. This wasn't the case, as Digz pretty much changed the game single handedly to win every important round Team Immunity needed. A 16-2 score line was a massive start and truly got me thinking the Grand Final was going to be a white wash to Team Immunity. Dripske's team lost 13-2 first half but that didn't stop his reign of terror showing to the crowd why he is the up and comer of Australian CSS. This guy surprised me and went large. He was equal to Digz score or even at one point leading both team score boards. Not to mention, he was the reason behind one of the only two rounds they won against Immunity. Man of the match - Digz, before this Grand Final, I never really thought much of Digz but he showed me what he is capable of. Extremely well played by him with his AWP. Also the game of revelations vs. Immunity on Inferno was pretty much a repeat of the Immunity vs immineNt Grand final on inferno. So worth having a look at with Fakeh winning two 2v1's in a row. |
