Unfortunately, there was no Gamestah weekly this week, but it will be back, and better than ever very shortly, so keep a look out for that! Call of Duty has been chugging along. The GameArena finals are coming up, and there is going to be some massive matches coming out of that competition, and Gamestah will be bringing you all that action live and loud! CyberGamer has also announced, that its finals will be commencing, with the teams locked into their matches and offering times, there has been a bit of controversy about some of the teams in the finals, which will no doubt make for some big matches! The last game of the season before the finals was played at CyberGamer. Team uprising took on mindplex in a fantastic match. Crash would host what would turn out to be one hell of a battle royale! http://www.gamestah.com/file/view/2883 The girls are here again showing how they do it best for Gamestah! Crash is the map on this occasion, and the action flew as the two teams battled it out in typical Crash fashion! Check out all the nail breaks, and the sniper snaps, as the girls do indeed go wild! http://www.gamestah.com/file/view/2869 Over at GameArena we saw a game that turned Broadcast on it's head when we saw the RiF boys alongside ASO as they took on the might of PunkBuster. The part you want to hear is right at the end, when frankly..... all hell broke loose...... http://www.gamestah.com/file/view/2884 Over at CyberGamer we saw the Grand Final of the CGi BF2 League. Predatorz took on the hot eXile 5 team, to see who would walk away with the cold hard cash. It was an epic match, and with Gamestah rolling out GTV for this one, be sure to tune into it!. http://www.gamestah.com/file/view/2841 Last week i mention about Gamestah teaming up with Operation Market Garden. Gamestah have put together a shoutcast tutorial of how the heck you get into a game of CoH operation market garden. This tutorial will take you through the basics of setting up a company, using VP points, getting a game and launching a game - and while we do show you a game being played and how to call on units and how to play the game to an extent. I must stress the game play on our team is highly noobish - probably much like your first game, but I would say spectate some of the other shoutcasts, which we will add to regularly, to give you a better idea of how people play when its a proper match rather than an instruction tutorial. Keep a look out for the COH matches coming up, cause there is plenty to be had, even 3v3! http://www.gamestah.com/file/view/2829 On that note, come check out how the game is supposed to be played as 2 evenly balanced 3 vs 3 teams, with some talented players, take to the battlefield known as Dutch Countryside. Plenty of nice action and smart play to be found here. http://www.gamestah.com/file/view/2871 Its been a while since i have written anything about TF2, but there is some good news! I finally have something to write about :P. The OzFortress Winter League has kicked off this week, and we will be seening some massive matches come out of their very shortly. In addition to this, the tipping competition is underway as well with some great prizes on offer. The upsets of the week included HSV beating Proximity and Boom defeating Crafty. Robin Walker also sits down for an interview and talks about trying to bridge the gap between pub and comp TF2 maps. Its a great read and you can check that out here: http://communityfortress.com/tf2/news/exclusive-interview-with-valves-robin-walker.php The CGo Final was played with ysw taking on the strong x5 team. It was a very close match, and one of the best matches all season. Check all the action out here: http://www.gamestah.com/file/view/2882 Not only does GameStah shoutcast online matches, we also provide the following services: * e-Sports Commentary - Online * e-Sports Commentary - Live events * Gaming Events and Management * MC and Event hosting services * Corporate product launch hosting * Video/Audio on demand On behalf of the whole crew at Gamestah GET SOME!! |
