The World Cyber Games are the pinicale of competative gaming and in July New Zealand will be hosting thier national qualifiers and Gamestah will be in attendance for the third year in a row. The crew from Xlan put on one the best gaming events on the planet when the run the WCG NZ event and 2009 is shaping up to continue that standard. In 2006 at the WCG event on the gold coast, Susan and Anthony from Xlan in NZ, witnessed Ej and Bob going large for the CoD final, since then they have wanted the dynamic duo of global Esports commentating to attend thier NZ event, and in 2009 the stars have aligned and they finally get their wish. nice one guys. hopefully i'll get to hear some good casts and stories back here on the east coast of oz. One question that i have to ask is, why is Call of Duty 4 not one of the world cyber games??? surely it must be the number 1 FPS or close to it. If anyone could answer i would be greatful. | |
