Gaming & Commentary History After Jumping on Goombas and cutting Bowser's bridge, i then moved on to the next era, which was he Super Nintendo. I can look to my right now and still see the Donkey Kong 2 cartridge in ready to play. By age 10 the only game i wanted was Bubsy, the crazy cat that collected balls of yarn on a massive platform level. After playing Bubsy to death it was time to move on. The release of the Playstation ushered in a new chapter in the Kitfox saga. It was on the playstation that I developed a love for Tony Hawk and Lara Croft, and my Final Fantasy Addiction. Final Fantasy 8 made me fall in love with the RPG, and Squall still remains my favourite character of any game that i have played. Tomb Raider led onto James Bond, and the FPS gamer within was being birthed. Call me a psycho, but at 12 years old, there was nothing better for me than to see communists and secret service fall to your bullets. This whole time I had a computer, but i never really used it for anything but Microsoft Word. Right up until Year 9, I played Final Fantasy RPG games on the Playstation and Playstation 2. FFVIII really got a workout, as did X. I would often go to a friends house and play Call of Duty Single player on his PC. My multiplayer gaming days started when my mates were talking about the game "Battlefield 2" after giving me the low down on the game, i liked the idea, but being only 15 years old, i really didn't have the money to throw around. It was then that i managed to buy a copy of Battlefield 2 off a friend of a friend for $5. So i set out with my $5 copy of Battlefield and installed it on my not-so-leet PC. After many patches i finally managed to run the game on low settings. I adapted to the game like a fish to water, and one day on Dalian Plant, i ran into an individual called .:NB:. Riddick, who, impressed by my preformance, invited me to join The Noisy Bastards. It was NB that introduced me to games such as Guild Wars and Call of Duty: United offensive, which later led on to me become Gamestah's UO admin. I was introduced to shoutcasting when 2 randoms joined our game server one night with the tags "CASTER", and i remember saying to Riddick, "Who are these randoms and who gave them the password?" When i was told they were "Shoutcasting" the match and it would be on radio, i was all too excited. So, on Sharqui Peninsula NB did battle with WHC while Momo and Genreaper called our match. After the game i downloaded the cast and thought, "I want in on this". So, through Pyroclastic (A Noisy Bastards member and Gamestah Shoutcaster at the time) I applied, and was accepted into the shoutcasting ranks as a rookie. From then on, I went out and bought almost every game that Gamestah covered, just so i could get in on more action. I was even the Call of Duty: United Offensive Administrator for a season, preceeding the great TobiwanKenobi. I couldn't be happier at Gamestah and I just love every minute of the epic action.
