Following last week's show cancellation owing to a staff christmas party that Landers was last seen being dragged to kicking and screaming, there are more holiday woes for The Late Shift! With all the constant muggings by charity representatives on the street, assaults by shopping centre Santa's and mass tramplings by absolutely clueless Christmas shoppers, we've once again been robbed of our spare time. So what does this mean for The Late Shift? While we've once again had to cancel the show, have we finally met our gruesome demise?
We're sure we've got our fair share of Late Shift haters out there (most likely Battlefield players we've offended) and if you're one of them, it sucks to be you! While Christmas has thrown a grossly oversized spanner into our works for December, we've devised a cunning plan. We're officially wishing all our listeners (and haters) a very merry Christmas (or Happy Holidays for the easily offended) and taking the rest of December off.
While we trudge through the festive haze we'll be ferretting away preparing for the show's return for first thing 2008. Who will stay? Who will discover something more exciting to do on a Thursday night? All will be revealed in a few short weeks! So until then, safe holiday times for all and don't get too trashed on New Years Eve
