In what would've been regarded as the biggest suprise of the event (and the biggest upset to his opponents), our resident caster Ze_German is off to Seattle in October to compete against the rest of the world in the battlefields of Command and Conquer 3. Coming from absolutely no previous experience with Command and Conquer 3 (but, admittedly, some previous experience with other RTS games), he wiped the floor of Australia's best with a natural flair that would turn his opponents green with envy. IGN AU have an interview with him in the WCG AU write-up, which you may read here. Gamestah wish all the best for him when he makes his trip across the sea to the biggest gaming event in the gaming community. |
