Fury - Auran Games are an Aussie development studio based in Brisbane, who most people know for their titles Dark Reign and Microsoft Train Simulator. As if those 2 titles weren't different enough, they've now decided to make an MMORPG entitled Fury. Dangerous territory since the MMO business model is now the flavour of the month...yet Auran is actually aiming for the competitive FPS market. We talk to their Lead Producer Paul Whip, and CEO Tony Hilliam to find out how this could work. World in Conflict - Another game aiming for that juicy FPS market, yet WiC is actually an RTS. Focusing on a "whole being greater than the sum of its parts" style of clan play, WiC secured a spot on the CPL World Tour along with FEAR for the 360. Sierra sponsoring the tour might've also had something to do with it. Find out whether it deserves it as we interview Lead Producer Nicklas Cederstrom Meet the Robinsons - Yes thats right, its a movie game that'll sell well no matter what anyone says about it. That doesn't mean its immune to the harsh hand of GG. We review the Wii version. Mount & Blade - Made by a husband & wife team in Turkey, this indie RPG has people raving about its intuitive combat system. We didn't quite see it as on opportunity to jump up and down in the dark with glowsticks and dummies to "Children of the Night", but we covered it anyway. So there you have it. An MMO aimed at FPS'ers, and an RTS aimed at FPS'ers. What is it about us that is so attactive? I can understand wanting to have MY babies, but a whole genre's? Someones gunna need some nappies....
